Being mellow is tiring.

Actually, I'm currently waiting for one big decision.
I cannot do anything but wait, and I hope the waiting is not in vain.
Waitings frequently stop me for doing everything.
Waitings always make me mellow.
And now I'm being mellow, and it's tiring.


oh, cepatlah berlalu... dengan satu keputusan pasti di tangan.

2. gak terlalu (terlalu banyak, terlalu sedikit, terlalu asin, dll)

4. memang terasa oke sejak dihidangkan, tanpa perlu menambahkan sambel atau perasa lainnya

(Akhirnya) Mengganti Template Blog

Setelah beberapa hari berkutat dengan Mbah Google dan minta tips ganti template blogger dari nova, akhirnya saya berhasil juga mengganti tampilan blog ini.

Well, Nova menunjukkanku satu posting yang memberikan tips cara mengunduh template blogger dari satu situs kemudian menggunakannya. I followed all of the instructions carefully and edited some of the html codes in order to have a perfect page. It's another milestone for me!

Answer:
1. Fur-rific! In summer an arctic fox has dark fur. When winter comes, the fox grows a thick, white coat. So the animal blends in with the snow. That makes it harder for hungry predators to spot—and eat—the fox.

2. Great job! Like many marine mammals, walruses have thick layers of fat underneath their skins. The fat, called blubber, keeps them warm in icy water. That's important because walruses sometimes dive 300 feet below the surface to feed on clams.

3.Great! You've heard of a catnap. Well, how about a "bearnap"? Grizzlies sleep through the winter. They live by digesting fat stored in their bodies during spring, summer, and fall.

adalah rapat yang memang ditujukan untuk meminta pendapat para anggota rapat.
adalah rapat yang mengambil keputusan yang terbaik bagi para anggota.
adalah rapat yang singkat dan tepat agenda.
adalah rapat yang sudah dipersiapkan sebelumnya.
adalah rapat yang fokus, namun flexible.

Aku pernah melihat contoh rapat berdiri yang dilakukan oleh para petinggi perusahaan elektronik Jepang. Mereka membiasakan rapat seperti itu agar mereka bisa melakukan rapat dimana saja dan kapan saja, terutama ketika menyangkut pengambilan keputusan penting. You just need the right persons to attend the meeting!

Dan, ya, bentuk rapat seperti ini perlu dicoba.

My Version of Tomato Soup

Bahan:

• 3 buah tomat, dipotong
• 400 ml kaldu sapi
• 1 siung bawang putih
• 1 siung bawang bombay ukurang kecil
• garam
• gula
• merica
• mentega untuk menumis
  

Cara membuat:

1. tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum
2. rebus tomat yang telah dipotong-potong dan tumisan bawang hingga tomat hancur (jika air berkurang, tambahkan lagi)
3. setelah hancur, matikan api dan dinginkan rebusan
4. blender rebusan tersebut, kemudian didihkan kembali
5. beri garam, gula, dan merica sesuai selera

Note:

• the colour is pale orange, and until now, i don't know how to make it look more red
  
• i once replaced the sugar with honey, and for me, the soup tasted much better
• i sometimes add sauted beef into the soup, and if you like, you can add some vegetables too
• i really enjoy eating the soup with some bread or bruschetta
  

Being Home Alone...

My parents, and my sisters, aren't home until the next few days . And, what am i doing? being the laziest person in the world!!!

• I left my curtains opened at daylight and turned off all the lights. (it's ecofriendly by the way, you should try it)
• I procrastinated my work-tasks, and those butterflies in my belly kept alarming me about the troubles i could get if i fail finishing them.
• I washed some of my laundry and dried them, but i left them on my living room all day long.
• I forgot to put out my garbage for 3 day. (thank God, most of the them was dry)
• I built my new home theater (I picked the best gadgets around the house and put them and arranged them in my parents' room--the only bedroom who has king sized bed).
• I bought and watched a lot of DVDs, I even cursed some of them because they're so... uggghhhh.
• I eat frequently... on the bed.
• I wore socks while sleeping at night (and it felt sooooo comfy).
• I only drank orange juice, because my mouth was sour.
• I left my own room messy like a closet, and i wasn't proud of it.

You should try being home alone one at a time... it's like experiencing another new you!
