Just When I Want You Here

God really works in very mysterious ways.

I once be told that if I want to read a good sirah nabawiyah (history of Rasulullah SAW), I must read from a book written by Ramadhan El-Buthy. Well, it's true, because I've bought another book written by different author and the story in that book was so complex, I didn't understand it. At that time, this El-Buthy's book was so hard to find but then I finally found and bought one.

They were right. The languange was simple, I can easily understand. Nevertheless, I wasn't willing to read it thoroughly. It just stayed in my bookshelf for years.

Until now.

I recently had a job to translate documentary TV series about Umar bin Khattab. Thus, I had to be overwhelmed by history of Islam and Rasulullah. Then I kept thinking about the book, the one-i-never-want-to-read-it book. I searched on the shelf, but it wasn't there. Sigh! Just when I want to read it, I can't find it. I feel sad. God must have His own reason for this.
